I handle tasks you might not be familiar with, create marketing materials and ensure your brand remains current, all while helping you achieve your long-term branding and marketing goals.

8 hours per month of prioritised, professional design and website management support.
Website updates as requested. This includes content updates, adding new pages and design tweaks. Our service also includes a monthly SEO and audit report, with all essential SEO updates applied to keep your website optimised and performing effectively.
4 x Social Media Posts + Captions. We have found LinkedIn to be the preferred social media network for the business community.
Request a custom design. This could include, but is not limited to, a slide presentation, blog article, design of printed materials, for example; new business cards, a service guide, Statement of Advice / Fee Consent / Service Agreement design.

This package offers a flexible solution for your business's graphic design and marketing needs. You pre-purchase hours at a discounted rate, paid upfront, allowing me to seamlessly integrate with your business and support your graphic design needs each month. I monitor and report on the hours used for transparency and to assist with your marketing planning.
This is a service reserved exclusively for clients that I have worked with before, either designing their brand, building their website, or both. This puts me in the unique position of already knowing your business inside out.

Turnaround times for each item typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the task. However, we strive to accommodate faster requests whenever possible. Retainer clients will always be prioritised.
*Turnaround times may differ for larger projects.

Our retainer package incorporates a rollover feature to ensure that you get the most value out of your service. Any unused hours will be rolled over to the following month. You can only rollover these hours once.
If we experience an illness or emergency, we’ll roll over any unused hours to the following month. We use time tracking software to manage and monitor the hours dedicated to your projects. -
Your retainer includes the following aspects of website maintenance, content creation and graphic design.
Monthly website refresh and content updates and a regular review and update of SEO to maintain and improve search rankings. Social media graphics, content creation, copywriting and image sourcing.
We don't provide photography services or paid advertising, however we can put you in touch with some fabulous people that can help.

We have a 3 month minimum term for our retainer package. You can cancel at any time outside of this with 7 days written notice, however cancellation inside of the minimum term means a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Files will be added to a shared drive. Any templates with be developed on Canva. We use Canva as there is a free version available and if you decide to cancel your retainer package, Canva is an easy way to edit the templates yourself.
