I work with finance professionals who need help with their website and brand design.
Whether you’re an established business or just starting out, it’s my goal to bridge the gap between financial services and a compelling and cohesive online presence. With over 20 years experience working for global finance companies, I know the finance industry. I have worked for international firms like Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in London and Macquarie Bank in Australia. I have experience working for smaller boutique financial planning firms and broking houses giving me a wider knowledge of the industry and the challenges small businesses face
I’ve been a website and brand designer for over five years. I’ve been privileged to build Squarespace websites and develop brand identities for clients all over the world.

Choose your service & book
To help you decide which of our services you need, you can read my FAQs and go through my design process. Jump on a call with me, pay the invoice, sign the contract and let's get started.

Compile your content
You'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire and digital folders to organise your content. If I’m not writing your copy or providing brand imagery, I also recommend having this prepared and ready to upload.
3.
Design and launch
I’ll start the design work while you relax. You’ll have mock-ups along the way to provide feedback on and once everyone’s happy with the design, I’ll finalise, you’ll launch and together, we’ll celebrate.

At the same time you sign your contract, you'll pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. We accept EFT payments (from Australian based clients), PayPal or Wise payments payments. Once your project is completed, and before the website and final files are sent to you, we require the remaining 50% to be paid.

I use a client management system called Dubsado. Using this system, I'll set you up with your own password protected client portal that will house your contract, invoice and questionnaires. You can share images and files with me using Google Drive/Docs and you'll also be able to make real time comments and suggestions on on the design mock-ups I send you through Figma. I don't require an account for this.

It depends on what projects I'm currently working on. I usually like to book at lease one month ahead to give you the chance to gather together all your website content and images. You might also be working with a copywriter, so you'll need to ensure they have completed their work before we start.

I use Squarespace to build my websites on. Squarespace is an all-in-one platform. This means you can have your domain name, hosting, website and email all within Squarespace. It takes away the necessity for third-party plugins (unless we want them), constant updates and it keeps your website and data safe from threats. It also means it's so much easier to manage on an ongoing basis. If your website is currently on another platform, the process to transfer to Squarespace and can be done as part of our project.

No I don’t. Offering a full branding package provides a comprehensive and cohesive identity for your business, unlike just designing a logo. A full package covers all aspects of your brand — visual identity, messaging, tone, and more — ensuring that every element, from your website to marketing materials, aligns with your brand's core values and goals. It creates a stronger connection with your audience, builds trust, and delivers consistency across all platforms. I believe this ultimately drives recognition and loyalty.
I also don’t offer edits on existing branding or logos.

Our process starts with an in-depth discovery phase to understand your goals and audience. We then move through research, wireframing, and branding or design concepts, working closely with you for feedback. The final stage is building and launching, where we ensure everything aligns with your vision.

In short, yes. One of the reasons I prefer Squarespace over other platforms is it’s intuitive and easy-to-use nature. I also provide a training video so you can easily update content.

After launch, we offer support for one month to smooth out any issues that might pop up. We also offer a Retainer Package providing ongoing support for branding consistency, fresh content creation and website updates. Find more details on our Retainer Package here.
